(known as State-owned Qixia Boiler Factory) is a professional industrial boiler manufacturer approved by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China. The Company received grade-B boiler manufacturing license and class I, II pressure vessel design and manufacturing licenses, and level 2 boiler installation and improvement qualification, and passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. It is a director unit of China Industrial Boiler Association and also a leading enterprise in the boiler industry of China. Among its main products, 16 from two series have received certification of national patent and 40 from four series have received provincial environment protection certification, and have been named national “Excellent Energy-saving Products” and “Top Ten Chinese Boiler Brand Names” and awarded “Gold Prize” of China Patent Market New Technology & Product Exhibition and Trade Fair. The company is located at urban area of Qixia city, south to Penglai, west to Yantai and Weihai and east to Qingdao, enjoying convenient water, land and air transportation. With a total capital of 80 million Yuan, the Company covers an area of 128,799 square meters as well as a current building area of 29,430 square meters. It employs 234 people including 68 engineering technicians, of whom 25 hold middle and senior professional titles and 45 professional production personnel with certificates. It produces 800 sets/1,500 steam tons of industrial boilers and pressure vessels and 200 sets of wind turbine towers annually. Its leading products include: 1～8t/h new generation SZL quickly-installed double-boiler barrel vertical chain furnace drainage pipe steam, hot water boilers which were jointly developed by using the advanced design and manufacturing techniques introduced from German Babcock Company; 1～6t/h quickly-installed improved water-fire tube shell steam, hot water boilers which were jointly developed with Beijing Zhiguang Boiler Research Institute by using the advanced design and manufacture techniques introduced from South Africa JTA Company; 1～15t/h fully-automatic oil (gas)-burning steam, hot water boiler which were jointly developed with Xi’an Jiao Tong University by using the advanced design and manufacturing techniques introduced from Korea SAMYANG Company; 10～25t/h assembled water pipe steam, hot water boilers which were jointly developed with Shanghai Boiler Research Institute and other unites; and so on. All the above products are high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly products that feature low overhaul costs, long service life, safety and reliability and so on and have passed the examination and approval of the society.
